Privacy Policy

Pulse is a status-page aggregator. We don't sell your data, run ads, or share with third-party data brokers. Your account email and the URLs you choose to monitor are stored encrypted on our infrastructure and used only to deliver the service.

• Account info. Email, name, password (bcrypt hash), language preference.
• Subscriptions. Which third-party services (GitHub, Stripe, etc.) you've subscribed to in your dashboard.
• Custom monitors. URLs you set up to be polled. We hit those URLs from our infrastructure and store HTTP status + latency.
• Alert destinations. Slack/Discord webhook URLs you connect for notifications.
• Sessions. Cookie-based session tokens. No third-party trackers.

• No advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel.
• No browser fingerprinting.
• We never sell or share data with brokers.

To run Pulse we share specific data with these vendors:

• Vercel — hosting. Sees request headers, IP, page paths.
• Turso — database. Sees encrypted records.
• Resend — transactional email (verification, password reset, alerts). Sees recipient email + message.
• cron-job.org — triggers our polling endpoint every 5 minutes via authenticated request. Doesn't see user data.

• Delete your account from Settings → any time. We hard-delete records within 30 days.
• Cancel monitoring at any time by removing subscriptions/monitors.
• Request a data export by emailing the contact below.

Data at rest is encrypted by Turso (SQLite-compatible TLS-protected storage). Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use httpOnly + Secure + SameSite cookies.

Pulse is not intended for users under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
